Any Issues that persisted after the incident cleared have been fixed with a phone reboot.
We've confirmed there is a problem with clients using FIOS internet. Internet is up but phones not working. After investigation we found that FIOS was having a routing issue between carriers. This is now clean and no longer showing packet loss.
