This incident is resolved. Carrier line is up and stable. Test calls are completing as intended to previously affected clients. The root cause was related to a faulty card on the carrier's backbone. We worked with them through the night and this morning to identify and resolve.

On 10-20-22 a carrier's line went down. Most services were failed over and are up and working. There are some remaining lines affected. We have escalated this to the highest level overnight with the carrier and they have techs in the field currently who are working on the fix, no ETA yet. We continue to push for resolution and will update as we have more information.
