This issue appears to be resolved. We are no longer seeing it and have received no new reports from customers.
We are working directly with Verizon and have escalated the issue. We will be doing more troubleshooting with them this evening. We'll continue to provide updates as we have them.
We are seeing an intermittent issue with calls connecting that appears to be an issue that is outside of Vaspian's network. We've seen many examples of this with Verizon's wireless network. We are continuing to test and monitor the situation.
Some calls are not completing. We are investigating this issue and have tickets open with our upstream carriers. More to come.
