We've now resolved the incident. The issue was related to a core power outage at our colocation facility. Our facility manager is working with the National Grid and on-site technicians to better understand the issue. Vaspian identified a power supply fault that prevented a seamless transition to our redundant power supply. We have rectified the issue and service has stabilized.
