We are currently experiencing an issue with our TrueFax service. This issue is affecting customers who are using one of our fax bridge adapters. Inbound faxes will be delivered over email and are available in the portal. Outbound faxes (sent from a fax machine) are not currently being sent. We have escalated this issue and will provide updates as they are available.
