The Axacore hardware failure has been resolved. We have confirmed that all FaxBridges have registered and are currently online. All faxes from prior to today have been cleared from the queue.

We have an update on the issue with sending and receiving faxes using the Axacore FaxBridge devices.
Axacore is a hardware manufacturer. We partner with them in the use of their FaxBridge devices. These FaxBridges are a type of adapter that allows you to connect your fax machine to your network. Each of these FaxBridge devices registers through a ZTP (Zero Touch Provisioning) server. That process allows the device to connect with the proper service provider. Without that connection, the devices will not work.
We became aware of this issue this morning and learned that it was caused by a hardware failure at Axacore yesterday afternoon. This issue is impacting our customers using the FaxBridge devices to send and receive faxes. eFax is not impacted by this failure.
We received an update late this afternoon that Axacore expects the issue to be resolve some time from start of business to mid-morning tomorrow.
We are maintaining communication with them and will provide more updates as we have them.

Axacore, the company we partner with for our FaxBridges, had a hardware failure yesterday afternoon. They are working to resolve the issue. The impact is only to our customers using FaxBridges in order to send and receive faxes. Any customers using eFax are not impacted.
We currently have no estimate on when this will be resolved. We will provide updates as we receive them.
