The overnight maintenance conducted on the My.Vaspian portal has successfully resolved the performance issues encountered yesterday. All systems are now fully operational. We do not anticipate any further challenges. Vaspian Engineering will continue to monitor the system.

Vaspian Engineering is continuing to investigate the performance issues on My.Vaspian. We are planning to perform a maintenance on the system overnight. This will restart services. We are intentionally doing this work after hours to prevent any additional customer impact. We anticipate having this resolved prior to start of business tomorrow morning. Thank you for your patience.

The My.Vaspian reporting portal is currently experiencing slowness and timeouts. We are investigating. Inbound and outbound calls are not impacted. We'll provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
