Vaspian has scheduled maintenance on the core telephony software beginning at 11:30pm EST on Saturday, March 14, and lasting up to 4 hours.
We do not expect any significant downtime but phones may experience intermittent reboots during this time as they download and apply updated firmware. Our support team can help you configure call forwarding in the event you foresee calls during this window. We can also help you configure critical call routing, which will automatically route your inbound calls to a cell phone or another number in the event Vaspian or one of our partners is suffering a service-impacting outage. There is no additional charge for either of these services.
