FaxBridge units are back online and fully registered. We can see the fax que's delivering faxes so those affected should have faxes printing out. If you have a FaxBridge and it's not working as intended, please reboot the unit (The FaxBridge not the fax machine) by unplugging it from power and then plugging it back in.
Faxes using the device are not working. All other forms of faxing on TrueFax are working (Sending from the portal or email; Receiving on email; Checking faxes in the portal). We are working with the vendor to identify the issue. More to come.
