Intermittent quality of service issues on phone calls from 11:15am to 11:50am EST


Issue is resolved.


Over a ~35-minute period today, some clients reported call quality issues on calls. Initial investigation shows a group of low-quality calls during the times reported. The calls in question all travelled the same route. Other call routes were good during that time. We don't see any further issues since that period. The relevant carrier was unable to determine the cause.
