For the remaining services affected we have escalated to the highest level overnight and our carrier has techs in the field working on the down line, no ETA yet. We continue to push for resolution and will update as we have more information.
Things are clearing up and mostly resolved. After the lost carrier connection, we took longer to fail over due to the DDOS protection we have in place. Calls started working in most cases after the failover was completed. There are still a few clients' telephone numbers that are affected, and we are working on getting those back in service. We will continue to update as we have more information.
