At approximately 3:00 pm Eastern today, our upstream carrier made a network change that we believe has resolved the outbound call looping issue. We've confirmed with customers this afternoon that service appears to be completely restored. Working closely with our upstream carrier, we've been able to narrow the issue down to what we believe is a common downstream carrier causing the issue. We'll provide more information after some additional testing and confirmation.
We've determined that this behavior is occurring outside of the Vaspian Network. We're working closely with our upstream carrier to determine the cause. This is being given the highest level of priority. We'll share more updates as we have them.
We have received reports from customers that outbound calls are looping back and not completing as expected. Our Engineering Team is working on it and we have escalated the issue. We'll provide an update as soon as additional information is available.
