We experienced an issue with our BGP (redundancy protocol) that resulted in a major loss of service across our network. As we worked to resolve the issue, our services began to come back up slowly as the updates propagated throughout the network. The last service to resume normal operations was our softphone service. Most of our services were restored within 60 minutes.

As of 3:31 pm EDT, all of our services are back up and functioning normally.

We apologize for this interruption to your operations and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will be implementing additional enhancements to our redundancy protocol over the next few days to further minimize the risk of something like this in the future.

Voice Services are restored for desk phones and CCS. Still working to restore Softphones. We will update as we have more.
