Planned Maintenance Notice 2/22/2026 | Voicemail Impact

Vaspian has scheduled maintenance on the voicemail server beginning at 1:00am EST on Sunday, February 22, and lasting up to 4 hours.

During this window, there may be periods of partial or complete voicemail outage. Callers may be unable to leave messages, and messages left during this time may not be retrievable by phone after the upgrade.

To prevent message loss, we strongly recommend enabling voicemail-to-email prior to maintenance. This will forward any messages received at and after the time of maintenance. Configuration steps can be found below but never hesitate to contact us if you’d like assistance.

To enable voicemail-to-email for your extension:

• Log in at: https://xtone.buf.vaspian.net/webadmin/login
• Select My Voicemail
• Under Receiving Voicemail, choose: “Send copies of the voicemail as an email attachment to:”
• Enter your email address and select to keep the copy on the voicemail system
• Click Save

To enable voicemail-to-email for another user (Admin access required):

• Under Company Settings, select Users and Locations
• Click the user’s last name (red hyperlink)
• Select Edit User on the User’s Behalf
• Select My Voicemail
• Under Receiving Voicemail, choose: “Send copies of the voicemail as an email attachment to:”
• Enter the email address and select to keep the copy on the voicemail system
• Click Save
