Thanks for your patience. The issue is now resolved. All outbound test calls are now completing at 100%. Once we get an official RFO (reason for outage) from our carrier we will share it.


After speaking with Bandwidth, our upstream carrier, we've been told that they are experiencing a global outage for outbound calling and they are currently investigating this to determine the root cause. We will report updates as soon as we have them.


Our engineers have been working with our upstream carrier to identify the issue that was reported as starting about 10 minutes ago.
