Bria Softphone Crashes
There is a new version of Bria that is stable with the Windows updates.

We have recently been made aware of a conflict with a recent Microsoft Windows 10/11 update and the Bria Enterprise Softphone. The conflict causes the application to close unexpectedly and crash. Microsoft has been made aware of the conflict and is working with the development team at Bria on a resolution. There is no ETA yet for this resolution.
*The only fix is to remove the specific updates from your device. These are listed below:
- Windows 10: KB5018410
- Windows 11: KB5017271
The best course of action is to hold off on installing these updates. If you have already installed these and are experiencing instability, please uninstall these specific updates in your Operating System settings.
